| When deciding on a limousine
company, word of mouth is often the best resource. Without
prior knowledge of a company's track record, it's difficult
to evaluate the caliber of service offered.
In making your decision, we hope you will consider
In Style Transportation for your transportation needs.
If you need some word of mouth advice, please take a
minute to read what our clientele is saying about us.
For your convenience, we have listed the feedback below.

Good morning,
We would like to thank you for sending us Woody as
our driver. She was
absolutely delightful. We found her to be entertaining,
intelligent, and a
virtual fountain of knowledge!
We will recommend your company to all!
Thanks again,

Hello:
I had a limo on Tuesday, August 17, 2004, with John
as the driver. I want to compliment John and In Style
for a pleasant experience all around. The concert we
were attending did not begin until more than an hour
after its stated time, but John was very patient; he
even had the car conveniently close to the Fleet Center
entrance when we came out. And we were glad there was
water available in the car.
Many thanks and keep up the good work,
Leann David Alspaugh

Dear Dave and Bob:
On behalf of our Executive Director, Desiree Caldwell,
and our Surf into Summer volunteer committee, thank
you so much for your donation of town car transportation
to a Red Sox game, valued at $50 hour and 20% gratuity,
to the Concord Museum Surf Into Summer gala auction
on June 4, 2004. We are so appreciative of your thoughtfulness
and generosity!
Monies raised from the gala, Garden Affairs tour and
auction benefit the Museum’s acclaimed education
programs. This past year over 12,000 children and adults
from over 75 communities in Massachusetts, New England
and beyond partook in our education and public programs.
Your donations helped make this annual event a great
success, helping us raise in excess of $60,000 for our
educational mission.
Thank you for your support of the Concord Museum.
Sincerely,
Paula H. DiMarie and Sarah M.A. Erickson

Bob:
This is the first chance I’ve had to write to
say thank you for our limo on Friday night. It was such
a wonderful experience. Mark was prompt, polite, very
nice and helped us keep the secret of our destination
from my husband. The limo itself was extremely nice
and was exactly what I wanted to pull off this surprise.
We will definitely give you a call when we are in need
of a professional limousine service again. We wouldn’t
think of using anyone else now that we’ve had
the best! And to think it all started with your sister
answering my e-mail questions!
Thanks!

Dear Mr. Dillenbeck:
I would like to thank you for In Style Transportation’s
generous donation of a limousine ride to/from the airport
for Justin Kwiatkowski’s wish trip to Disney World.
The Kwiatkowski’s had never traveled before and
were very excited to be going away on vacation to Disney.
Thanks to you, the family was able to begin their journey
“in style” in the luxury class limousine.
This was truly a unique experience for them, and they
smiled a little brighter because of your generosity.
I wish you all the best for a happy and healthy New
Year.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Matross

Dear Bob and Dave:
Thank you very much for your support of the Boston
Adult Literacy Fund’s 11th Auction for Literacy.
We are sure you will be delighted to learn that this
year’s auction raised more than $50,000 –
a record high. All of the proceeds will be used to help
adults receive the education they need to improve their
lives.
Your donation of chauffeured transportation from home
or office to Boston Harbor Hotel was a wonderful addition
to our “Valentine’s Day” auction package.
The package proved to be very attractive and generated
high bidding, all to support adult basic education.
We truly appreciate your continued support and thank
you again for participation in our auction. We hope
we can work with you again in the future to promote
adult literacy.
Best wishes,
Joanne Appleton Arnaud and Marianne Galvin

Watertown TAB & Press
To the editor:
The Secondary Education and Employment Program would
like to extend a special “thank you” to
In Style Transportation for providing the luxurious
limousine to deliver the seniors to the graduation ceremony.
It is this type of help from the community that makes
this graduation so personal, special and fun.
The class of 2002 left a very positive mark upon the
See Program. They will be missed dearly because they
have given a lot of themselves to this school. This
class will always be remembered with fondness, affection
and warmth. May your future be filled with happiness.

To Whom It May Concern:
Many of us at our last meeting were able to enjoy the
transportation to and from the airport due to a certain
driver we had.
I understood the driver’s name to be Bob O. There
were eight of us who had him take us back in a van on
Friday and at least four had him take us to the office
on Tuesday and Wednesday. Therefore I would like to
take a minute to express our appreciation.
1) He was promptly there before the scheduled time
of pickups;
2) Provided more than expected help with our luggage;
3) Ensured we knew how to get to our check in points
and if they weren’t needed to be provided precise
info to get right to the gates; and
4) Had excellent manners, disposition, cleanliness and
wardrobe (not always something I have found to be abundantly
available in drivers in other cities.
Perhaps this is common place in Boston and it is the
minimum expectation. I’d rather take just a moment
though and recognize it when we all know in our business
“how you treat people and what is the service/service
level you provide” can make all the difference.
Sincerely,

Attention: Dave and Bob
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the
wonderful way my reservation for transportation on New
Year’s Eve was handled.
I have taken many limos in the past; none were as pleasant
as this one.
The car and driver arrived on time, and the car was
available to us throughout the evening on the many stops
that we made.
I also want to compliment you on our driver, Steve.
He was very attentive, kept the car comfortable with
the right music and temperature. I will request him
again if he is available, the next time I use your service.
Thank you again, it was a very pleasant experience.
Sincerely,
Michael R. Capone
